Sports Classes: California Athletics for Home Schools (CAHS) was created to meet the needs of home schooling families in the areas of physical education and competitive athletics. CAHS was founded by Todd Nash, father of 3 home schooled children, and offers a variety of classes and competitive sports for all ages in most areas of southern California. Fundamentals of Sports classes are offered to children ages 5 to 18 to teach the basic individual skills of various sports. Todd teaches Fundamentals of Sports Classes in multiple sites in southern California throughout the year in San Diego, Orange, Riverside, LA, and San Bernardino Counties. Click on SPORTS CLASSES to read about these classes. There are classes available for all Home Schooled Students regardless of their schooling affiliation. Parents can pay directly for the class, and Todd is a vendor with all major Charter Schools who will pay for his classes. In the spring of 2017 Todd will teach a 7 week Fencing class. Click on the SPORTS CLASSES tab to learn more.

Anyone can take lessons to learn to waterski, wakeboard, kneeboard, or tube behind the 21' Mastercraft Prostar open bow ski boat. You can also drive jet skis (with adult supervision for children)! We also rent jet skis and do jet ski riding/driving outings. Click on WATER SPORTS to get the details.

Sports Teams & Leagues: California Athletics can organize sports teams and league in California for schools and teams not participating in CIF at the high school level. We have operated a tackle football league, a volleyball league, basketball teams in many areas, a 6 man soccer league, and track & field teams for high school or middle school age athletes who are not in CIF schools. It is our goal to consolidate as many teams as possible under one umbrella to give maximum competitive opportunities to students and schools who choose not to or are unable to compete in CIF in high school. Contact Todd directly to talk about sports team opportunities for your group.
